forgiving

I hate being treated as though I'm stupid for asking how to do something I've never done (how else will I learn?).
I also hate being yelled at for politely and honestly voicing my dislike of being treated as such.
I also also hate being forced to apologize for doing nothing wrong, for being made into "the bad guy."
I also also also hate not being apologized to when I deserve an apology.

I know I'm supposed to forgive. I know being a Christian means forgiving others as God forgives me. But it's so hard to forgive someone who doesn't feel the least bit sorry.
