I work at Big Lots! (Yes, I am super excited, but the exclamation point is also part of the store title)

And... I have a name tag! (Sheer excitement)

Today, as I was ringing someone up, I asked him how he was and he responded, "I'm great, Gina. How are you?" At first, I was confused, but when realization hit, I was instantly excited/proud to be wearing a Big Lots! nametag and have a customer respond to me in such a friendly way.

Retail, you and I may yet be friends.
